Prior to co-founding Rada Capital, Anton began his career in investments after serving in the elite armed forces of the United States, the US Marine Corps as an infantry man.  Following completion of an internship program at Morgan Stanley, Anton worked at JCF Capital Advisors, where he participated in raising capital for venture and private equity deals in various sectors (oil and gas, technology, film, financial services, real estate, etc.). 


Then, Anton moved back to his home country of Ukraine to continue his career in investment banking and utilizing his experience gained in the US to capture investment opportunities in the emerging markets.


Anton holds Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a focus in Finance from San Diego State University - a program that was ranked 7th in the US by US News and World report. Anton also studied at Russia’s leading university - Moscow State University. He speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian, and has particular interest in the economy of Russia and Eastern Europe as well as other emerging markets.







Prior to co-founding Rada Capital, Michael began his career in investments after serving 8 years in the economic intelligence unit of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

Following completion of an internship program at Renaissance Development, Michael worked at Newcity Development (Real Estate projects in Cyprus, Ukraine). Then, Michael joined the team of Standart NV Investment Banking specializing on mergers & acquisitions, debt financing, attracting strategic and financial investors for the Eastern European companies (Ukraine, Moldova, Russian Federation etc.). Michael worked at ART-Capital and Certon Capital with a focus on mergers & acquisitions.

Currently, Michael is advising to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine regarding strategy and investments, utilizing his experience in the investment banking.

Michael holds PhD degree in International Economics, Master’s degree in International Economics with a focus on International Trade and Master’s degree in Law with a focus on Corporate Law.







Volodymyr began his career in the State Tax Service of Ukraine, where he headed the Tax Violations Department.
After leaving the Tax Service in 2007, Volodymyr joined an investment research and analysis team at Capital Trust Securities, one of the leading investment companies in the Ukrainian bonds market. For the next 5 years Volodymyr worked in a number of leading Ukrainian investment companies.
After serving 2 years as Head of Research Department and Deputy Director General at Standart NV Investment Banking, Volodymyr cofounded Rada Capital as Head of Research and Analytics.
Volodymyr has a degree in Economics and Law from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
