Glencore sells grain elevator in Dnipropetrovsk region

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the Grain Trade Ltd company from Lithuania to acquire a share in the charter capital of the company Apostolovo-Agro which owns an elevator is located in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

“Granted permission of CJSC Grain Trade Ltd (Vilnius, Lithuanian Republic) to acquire a share in the charter capital of Apostolovo-Agro LLC (Apostolovo, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine)” the statement reads.

This permission provides an excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme management body of the company.

According to open sources, the owner of Apostolovo-Agro is the Renesco B.V company, which was the founder of Glencore Agricultural Ukraine.
